Carrie Galvan

Carrie Galvan is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with more than 17 years of experience spanning retail, long-term care, and hospital pharmacy environments. She has built a reputation as a trusted leader in 340B program management, specializing in split billing, contract pharmacy & in-house pharmacy strategy, and regulatory compliance. Carrie holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and brings a unique ability to merge technical pharmacy knowledge with advanced data analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Carrie began her pharmacy career during college, becoming certified as a technician and working in retail at Walgreens and HyVee before moving into long-term care pharmacy. She later transitioned into hospital pharmacy, where she was introduced to the 340B program and quickly saw the impact her work could have on patient care. In 2019, she joined Nuvem, motivated by the opportunity to expand her influence beyond a single hospital to multiple covered entities and the patients they serve.

At NuvemRx, Carrie first led the implementation team, successfully guiding covered entities through complex 340B program rollouts. She then moved into analytics, where she leveraged data to support both clients and internal teams in strengthening program performance. Today, she serves on NuvemRx’s Mission Control team, partnering with clients to drive financial optimization strategies and long-term program success.
