Kelly Broder

As the Chief Legal Officer, at NuvemRx, Kelly is a key member of the executive team and oversees all legal matters, compliance and privacy, federal and state legislative and regulatory developments. Prior to joining Nuvem, she was the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary to the Board at ConnectiveRx. Her vast experience also includes serving as the head of human resources and Associate General Counsel at Surescripts, and as a health law attorney at McDermott Will & Emery and Husch Blackwell.

Kelly earned her JD, cum laude, from Creighton University, School of Law.
